eTryvoga Terms of Use

Version 1.0

Updated 3 September 2026 · Effective 3 September 2026

By using the map at map.etryvoga.com or the eTryvoga (eAlert) app, you agree to these terms and to the operator company’s terms. A short summary is below, then the full text.

  • The service

eTryvoga is an unofficial volunteer map and alert app for air-raid sirens and threats in Ukraine. Alerts are checked and sent by people, not a bot.

  • Purpose

For orientation only. This is not an official warning channel. For danger in your area, follow sirens, the Ukrainian Air Force, SESU, and the official “Air Raid Alert” app.

  • Map data

Events come from official and verified sources. They can be late or schematic. A missing marker does not mean there is no threat.

  • At your own risk

The service is provided “as is”. Not for critical decisions and not as the only source for health, life, or infrastructure.

1. Definitions

In these Terms the words below have the following meanings:

  1. 1.1. “Service” — the web map at map.etryvoga.com, the official eTryvoga (eAlert) iOS and Android app, and related official channels we list on the site.

  2. 1.2. “Operator” / “Administration” — Wild Pluto Sp. z o. o., the company that maintains the Service.

  3. 1.3. “User” — a natural or legal person who opens the Service.

  4. 1.4. “Data” — information about air-raid alerts, all-clears, and threat markers (including UAVs, missiles, glide bombs, shelling, explosions).

  5. 1.5. “Official sources” — public reports from the Ukrainian Air Force, SESU, regional military administrations, local authorities, and other verified state or municipal channels.

  6. 1.6. “Monitoring” — volunteer eTryvoga staff checking open sources before publishing on the map or in the app.

2. Purpose of the Service

The Service is informational only. It is not a state body and is not affiliated with the Ministry of Digital Transformation or Diia. It does not replace official sirens, Ukrainian Air Force or SESU messages, or the official “Air Raid Alert” app. Take shelter on the official signal.

3. Nature of the Data

Information on the map and in alerts is meant to help you read the air situation. It may be delayed or inherit a source’s inaccuracy. Do not base critical decisions on the Service alone.

  1. 3.1. Timestamps are approximate; the actual event time may differ.

  2. 3.2. Data may be clarified or corrected after first publication.

  3. 3.3. Reports may be shortened or merged from several sources; some detail may be missing.

  4. 3.4. For security reasons or at the request of competent authorities, some elements may be hidden or delayed.

  5. 3.5. Before decisions that affect health or safety, check critical facts against official sources.

  6. 3.6. The absence of an event on the map does not guarantee the absence of a real threat.

4. Data sources

The basis is Official sources and verified volunteer Monitoring. The source list on the About page may change. You decide which sources to trust and should always keep a backup way to verify.

5. Map markers

Threat markers are built from open reports, not from a military radar. App alerts are sent by live volunteers after a manual check — not an automatic bot and not a standalone language model.

  1. 5.1. Path, direction, and radius may be schematic. Event cards say when the data is approximate.

  2. 5.2. Information about target movement may be delayed, generalised, or simplified so extra sensitive detail is not spread in real time.

  3. 5.3. A missing marker does not mean there is no threat.

  4. 5.4. A source error can appear on the map; we correct it as soon as we can.

6. Availability and delays

Pauses may happen because of networks, equipment, power, load, or operations. An outage or glitch is not by itself a breach of these Terms. We report material incidents on official channels when we can.

7. Reproduction and attribution

Screenshots, streams, or embedded views of the map must keep a clear eTryvoga attribution. You must not hide, crop, or replace the source mark so that the map looks like an official state resource. Bulk copying of the feed or map that substitutes for the Service needs the Operator’s prior consent.

8. Acceptable use

The User must not:

  1. 8.1. Mass-harvest undocumented or internal endpoints, or bypass rate limits or technical controls.

  2. 8.2. Attack the infrastructure, tamper with the client or server, or attempt unauthorised access.

  3. 8.3. Remove or replace eTryvoga attribution.

  4. 8.4. Distort the Data or present it in a misleading context.

  5. 8.5. Use the Service for disinformation or unlawful acts.

  6. 8.6. Treat the Service as the only source for systems on which lives or critical infrastructure depend, without independent checks.

  7. 8.7. Present the Service as an official state warning channel.

9. Intellectual property

Code, design, graphics, and original texts of the Service belong to the Operator or the relevant rights holders. Official state reports may be reproduced under open-data law. Third-party channel messages remain their authors’; we link to them on the site where that is appropriate. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and Data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose — to the extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profit, or reputation arising from: use or inability to use the Service; reliance on markers or alerts; delays and outages; acts or omissions of third-party sources; or using the Service as the only channel for critical decisions. Use is at the User’s own risk.

12. Force majeure

The Operator is not liable for failure to perform because of war, cyberattacks, power cuts, acts of public authorities, outages in data sources, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

13. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the eTryvoga Privacy Policy and the Wild Pluto policy. If they conflict on collection and use of personal data, the relevant privacy policy prevails on privacy questions.

14. App and subscriptions

The app may include paid features or subscriptions. Payment, cancellation, and refunds are also governed by App Store / Google Play rules and Wild Pluto’s company terms. Deleting the app may not by itself cancel a store subscription.

15. Changes

The Operator may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. The update date is shown at the top. Continued use after the new version takes effect means you accept the changes to the extent the law allows.

16. Governing law and language

The Operator is registered in Poland. These Terms are governed by Polish law, including mandatory EU rules such as GDPR. We try to resolve disputes by negotiation; then the competent courts of Poland, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. The Ukrainian text of this page is authoritative; other languages are for convenience.

17. Acceptance

Opening the map, installing the app, or otherwise using the Service means you have read these Terms and accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
